This is why I will come prepared and experienced to give you priceless moments frozen in time. I use professional Canon equipment with backup cameras and lenses. Pre-Wedding Day Coverage:
$300.00 - Engagement Session & Rehearsal Dinner: Includes all images on a CD for proofing.
Wedding Day Coverage:
650.00 - Includes coverage of the ceremony, receiving line, and formals at the location of the ceremony.
Photographs at the reception. (Introductions, first dances, toasts, cutting of the cake, throwing bouquet, garter belt, and candids of guests & a CD of all images for proofing. Plus 3 8X10" demonstrating print work.
$125.00 - Photographs of the bride and bridesmaids preparing at home or hotel.
$125.00 - Photographs of the groom and groomsmen preparing at home or hotel.
$50.00 - Formal photographs to be done at a different location.
* All final edit images will be placed online for six months for viewing and ordering. (www.randystephens.ph...)
* I also have online album and print services in addition to my own custom print shop that uses Professional Epson Printers, Archival Papers and Pigment Inks.
* You may order a CD with all your images and full copyright release for $290.00 if purchased at the same time as your coverage. If ordered after the wedding you may purchase the CD for $350.00.

Rates for custom natural light photography in the scenic Texas Hill Country or a location of your choosing can be negotiated. Any shot can be turn into a water color or pastel etc. printed on fine art paper, B&W or Sepia.

$150.00 non-refundable retainer to hold date. (Will be credited towards balance)
75% of coverage fee is due 30 days prior to wedding. Balance due on delivery of proofs.
75% deposit required for album orders. 100% deposit required for photograph orders.

$40.00 returned check fee.
