Just to set the record straight……………….

I will bring all of the necessary equipment to serve wine, beer, and mixed drinks.
Furthermore, I have a wealth of customer service and hospitality experience,
Including , private parties, weddings, and other events. Please send an e-mail for my
reference sheet, a listing of popular drinks, and information on how much liquor and bar
supplies to purchase based on the number of guests.
I will work with you to ensure that your guests have a pleasant experience, and
you can focus on being a great host. I approach bar planning as follows:
1) We will discuss your needs and the expectations of your bartending service.
2) We will determine your current bar set-up and party requirements. I can create a
master drink list (to be approved by you) based on the liquors you have in stock, and I
will work with you decide which mixers, juices, garnishes, and supplies will be
necessary. I understand that most clients have a budget for their bar, and I will gladly
assist in setting up a bar that meets your budget.
Some clients ask me to help them choose a specialty drink to feature at their
party. I will gladly work with you to find a drink that fits the theme and/or guest tastes.
3) Throughout the planning process, we will maintain contact with each other via the
method you choose: e-mail and/or phone. I prefer e-mail, because it allows us to keep a
record of our conversation.
4) On the day of your party, I will arrive early (at an agreed upon time) for set-up.
At the close of your party, I will clean, organize, and restore the bar to its regular
condition.
There is no charge for up to 1/2 hour of set-up and up to 1/2 hour for break-down.
*** There is a four hour minimum charge for all events ***
My Rates: $25 per hour with tips.
$35 per hour without tips
All Wedding receptions are a straight $35.00 per hour with or without tips depending on
the type of reception.
All payments are to be made in cash at the conclusion of the event unless other
arrangements have been made prior to the event.
